The objective : to study the efficacy of tuberculosis preventive chemotherapy in HIV infected patients based on data AIDS Prevention and Control Center, which is a part City Infectious Clinical Hospital no. 1, Novosibirsk. Subjects Methods . 236 aged 33-48 years old were enrolled study, they all registered All at stage secondary diseases (4A, 4B, 4C), had pronounced degree immunodeficiency (CD4+ from 200 349 cells/µl), ongoing ART was virologically successful. (CTX) analyzed 147 versus 89 who received no CTX due various reasons.
